In July 2025, 123 Flor LLC partnered with the Illinois Quantum & Microelectronics Park (IQMP) to design and facilitate a statewide Principals Listening Session at Chicago State University. This interactive visioning experience engaged school leaders in exploring how quantum science and microelectronics can be integrated into K–12 education to expand equitable workforce pathways.

Through a guided Vision Board Reflection Activity, participants co-created 23 vision templates highlighting opportunities for early exposure to quantum careers, teacher development, higher-education partnerships, and culturally responsive instruction.

The insights collected were synthesized into a comprehensive Event Analysis and Strategic Development Report, providing IQMP with actionable strategies to strengthen education-to-workforce alignment, regional collaboration, and equity in STEM access.

This project demonstrates how 123 Flor LLC transforms listening and collaboration into an actionable strategy. By designing spaces for reflection, voice, and co-creation, we help organizations translate complex goals into clear, equitable pathways for change. Our approach ensures that every initiative, whether in education, workforce development, or community systems, is rooted in authentic engagement and built for long-term impact.
